Aviation Independent Consulting has secured a contract of an undisclosed customer to produce a study on airline passenger rights.
Since 2004 European legislation exists under which passengers can lodge a claim with the airline in case of delays and cancellation of flights.
However, there are countries that have recorded more rights for passengers in their local laws.
